4/5/2010 So this month is a big month for us. We just picked our first affiliate studio out of Orange County, CA. Right now we are working on the details as to when we will be doing the grand opening, and will post the details when we can on the Calendar. I anticipate a great turnout. We have a club we will be working with to launch the party for all our So. Cal. gals. =) The next is to get an answer from some of our projects that we have been working on. Wish I could talk about it more, but until it's finalized we are keeping it under wraps. All I can say is that prizes, jewelry and a weekly promo night is in the works. A big deal for all involved. Yeah. As for the other project, I was anticipating an answer today, and I am still waiting. Hopefully soon. So to take my mind off it, I am going out to my teams to do their kid day photos. Yes, I do other stuff too. I have been working with this team for about 4 seasons or so and they are a ton of fun. So off to the wind, we go. Looks like the rain will just miss us.

3/16/2010 This weekend we had a fun session with Katrina "Kat" and her friend Kelly. From this shoot we ended up placing Kat as our centerfold for a magazine that we are collaborating with. Details to follow - can't give you everything at once. Since we revamped the site and got an amazing team together we now are able to make some milestones that we have been planning for quite some time. A shout out and big thank you to Morephotos.com for all their help making my site so great and for getting us into WPPI. I love to give shout outs and thanks to the people that we work with. So get use to it. It's what I do and it's what everyone should do on a regular basis. I don't do what I do by myself and I want those that I work with, the vendors, models and my just crazy amazing team that makes things possible, I appreciate all of them. There were those that said it was not possible. There were only a few that where cheering me on in the middle of some very difficult times (my two best buds and hubby and Judy) and then it all came together one day from an introduction (Karen and Jerry - thanks so much) to a complete restructure. Once some of the milestone projects are live, I will give a bit more. Till then, have a fantastic week.

3/9/2010 So this week is WPPI, and it's is always a great pleasure to see the friends we made from last year. That is the nice thing about living in Vegas and the convention coming through. I do hope that they continue to keep the venue here. Unlike PMA - they moved on to Anaheim - which is a good excuse to visit Disneyland and the beach. =) So the goal this year is to find some sponsors. Yup, you got it. Sponsors. As the photographer for theultimatepinupgirl.com we want to make sure that we give only quality not just to the contestants but spread the word about who we work with that helps us create this images of these beautiful women. Without them and the equipment we use, it would not be possible. Stay tune to find out who our sponsors for theultimatepinupgirl.com will be...

3/4/2010 So far this month I have done a few promo shots for the Rodeo Clowns. The are an awesome band with a crazy slide guitarist. Looking forward to their up and coming cd release and tour. Next we will be working with a fabulous couple from Wyoming that has a fantastic following. Working hard to design them promo pack and get them on the stage here in Vegas. We'll be having a jam session in a few days. Great fun! "Great fun", don't know where that came from but it's my new word. My all time favorite is"EXCELLENT". I can tell you this since January things have changed for JN Photography - also known as nicholsonphotography.com (which I still have). This site is dedicated to our ladies of Pinup, boudior and anything lingere. I look forward to the future and what I can give back to our community near and far. It's will be a great adventure.
